About this apartment rental
This extremely spacious and modern, luxury duplex apartment was completed in 2017 and is ideally situated in the exclusive lower Kiziltas area of Kalkan. It is only a 13 minute walk downhill to the centre of Kalkan village and harbour, where taxi's are easily available to return, if you wish to save your legs. Its elevated position offers amazing see views from each floor.
Hayal apartment has a bright & airy feel throughout thanks to the floor to ceiling glass doors. It is equipped to a high standard with Wifi throughout and is fully air conditioned.
This stunning apartment also benefits from a large private infinity pool, long enough for a decent swim with roman steps for easy access. There are 6 sun loungers and umbrellas along with a pergola, offering shade on the terrace. The private terrace has a dining area for those alfresco meals and also an outdoor sofa for chilling with a good book and a glass of wine. There is also a lower decked terrace with a large L shaped lounging sofa complete with shade if required.
Hayal has three bedrooms - two doubles and a twin on the first floor. The spacious master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and leads onto a generous balcony where you can enjoy the glorious views with your morning coffee. The second, good sized double bedroom leads out onto the same balcony so can benefit from the glorious views. The twin room is also on the first floor. Also on the first floor is a large bathroom and an integrated washing machine on the spacious landing for convenience. All three bedrooms have large built in wardrobes and dressing tables complete with hairdryer/straighteners and vanity mirrors.
Downstairs, the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area leads out onto the terrace and pool area. There is a comfortable sofa and television offering Sky TV incl TNT sports and a blue tooth sound bar for playing your favourite tunes. There is a dining area and also a breakfast bar. The stylish kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, toaster, a Tassimo coffee machine and a water cooler. A convenient downstairs toilet is located on this floor.
'Hayal' means daydream in Turkish and I think you will agree, is a very fitting name for this beautiful apartment.

Beautiful property, very clean and spacious with plenty of facilities. Netflix, fire stick provided so the nights we stayed in we were spoilt for choice of films to watch and relax. Maintenance, property management, cleaners all friendly and professional. The only negative for us (not the owners fault) is that if you have inconsiderate guests above it will affect your piece.

What an amazing apartment.
As a family we have stayed at numerous holiday properties and this property was well-appointed and maintained to the highest standards.
The pool was immaculate, providing a refreshing escape during the warm Turkish afternoons. Surrounding the pool was a spacious outdoor area, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. The outdoor space also featured comfortable seating and a dining area, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.
Inside the apartment was very spacious with comfortable beds and some lovely finishing touches that made it feel like a home away from home.
In terms of location its within walking distance to the town, albeit downhill, which made exploring local shops, restaurants incredibly convenient. The walk back isnt for the faint hearted, but getting taxis back was both easy and cheap.
Overall, our stay was excellent. The apartment was not only beautiful and well-equipped, but also provided a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. I highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

If you appreciate home comforts then Hayal apartment will satisfy all your requirements only it will be coupled with beauty of fantastic Kalkan.
The apartment is on 2 levels, has it's own pool with plenty outdoor space even for large families. Having stayed in many villa's in Kalkan over the years I would include this property in the same category as those advertising 'luxurious 3 bed villas'.
The property is situated a 10 minute walk where you will reach the old town with the many shopping and dining opportunities to be found before reaching the quaint marina, a lovely walk up can be had or for a reasonable £3 a taxi will take you to the from gate (We used the same taxi via whatsapp and they will meet you within 5-10mins) There is a very well stocked supermarket situated 300mtrs along the road where at the other end there is beautiful options for evening meals & cocktails with sunset views that con't be beaten (If you don't want to take advantage of the BBQ on the patio) The property manager 'Tamer' is 5 minutes away and is available 24/7, very nice gentleman who will assist with any query.
I would highly recommend anyone visiting Kalkan to come and appreciate a very well thought out and exceptionally equipped Hayal Apartment, you will be hard pushed to find accommodation at this level at such competitive rates.
