About this villa rental
This beautifully presented 4-bedroom villa is contemporary in style and is a 12-15 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan’s town centre. It’s also close to Villas Lumiere 2 and 3, so two or three of these villas would be ideal for an extended group who want to be in close proximity to one another.
The accommodation is comprised of the following:
Ground floor:
Open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus a TV.
The dining table seats 8 guests and the modern kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances such as large fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob and extractor, dishwasher, microwave and water-cooler.
Floor to ceiling sliding doors open out onto the villa’s pool terrace.
The first of the villa’s 4 bedrooms is located on this level. This is a double bedroom that has sliding doors out onto a garden area. An en-suite shower area is screened off by a frosted glass panel.
A guest cloakroom is also provided on this floor.
First floor:
Double bedroom with en-suite shower area screened off by a frosted glass panel. This bedroom has a balcony to the side of the property.
Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to a front-facing balcony that runs across the whole width of the property. This balcony is shared with the adjacent bedroom and is furnished with tables and chairs.
Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to a front-facing balcony that runs across the whole width of the property (shared with the above-mentioned bedroom).
Outside the villa:
Own pool with surrounding terrace – this is furnished with ample sun-loungers and parasols, a shaded al-fresco dining area to seat 8 guests, BBQ, sofa seating set and table tennis.
Points to note:
The villa is fully air-conditioned
WiFi internet connection is provided
Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
A welcome pack is provided for guests on arrival
Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided)
Hairdryers are provided in each of the bedrooms
Table tennis is provided
Can be booked in conjunction with neighbouring Villa Lumiere 2 and Villa Lumiere 3 for large parties

Large spacious villa which was well maintained. All the accessories you needed. Bedrooms were a decent size all with balcony views with on suite showers. Showers could have had more water pressure, but did the job. Master bedroom had a outside jacuzzi with amazing views. This time we stayed above the D400 which is the 1st time we’ve done this and was pleasantly surprised the views are much better than expected. The owner was very helpful, pleasant & courteous and would always come back to us quickly. We had a wonderful relaxing and memorable holiday which we will cherish the memories for a long time.

die Villa war der Hammer die komplette Villa war sauber + Pool
Die Villa ist auch sehr groß
Fehlt an nichts alles ist drinne
Klima Geschirr etc.
Als wir ankamen haben wir direkt Hilfe vom Gastgeber bekommen eine Taxi Nummer die uns überall hin bringen konnte
An sich war alles top
Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen
