About this villa rental
Built on a double width plot at the end of a quiet road with wonderful views from all areas over Kalkan bay & the islands with the backdrop of the Taurus mountains. Outside is a large pool terrace, large private infinity pool, pergola with BBQ & dining area, comfortable outside seating, rattan sun loungers and parasols, garden and garage, level parking. The villa has full air-con. and the accommodation comprises on the first floor - master bedroom with en-suite marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, balcony. Double bedroom with en-suite marble wet room. On the top floor is a twin bedroom, marble wet room, laundry room and access to the roof terrace with sun beds, parasol, table and chairs. There is a fully fitted kitchen, spacious living/dining area, cloakroom. Close by is a small mini-market, greengrocers and Turkish cafe. The main bus station is 10 minutes walk and Kalkan town approx. 15 minute walk, We have an excellent management team to make sure your holiday runs smoothly.

Just returned after a superb two week vacation at Villa Kuyu.This was our 5th visit to Kalkan and first to this villa and we were not disappointed. The villa is situated in Kivitas at a quieter end of a street with fabulous views from the terrace, balcony and roof.The villa is very spacious and well equipped, the outside and pool area well maintained, plenty of sunbeds/umbrellas - the pool was cleaned regularly.We had a very relaxing holiday and would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation and hope to return ourselves.

Beautiful.property woth stunning scenery.My family and I enjoyed a relaxing, well needed break at this villa and found it had all the amenities needed.Lesley was a thoughtful host and was always on hand to deal with any enquiries. Ultimately, we had a great break and would recommend this property and host!*

We all had a wonderful holiday. The villa is beautiful with air con in all the rooms and an amazing view over beautiful Kalkan. Furnishings and facilities within the villa are very modern and comfortable over the three floors. The infinity pool was lovely with views from the pool a joy. Outside sun loungers and dining seating also very comfortable. Also seating in top balcony we used for playing cards late on. Lesley was exceptionally helpful in providing key information and arranging taxis etc as were the property company who helped out with replenishing water bottles etc. Taxis to and from the airport were also efficient and comfortable. Loads of reading books within the villa plus also additional pool and beach towels. All in all a wonderful and relaxing break for us all. We have been to Kalkan a few times before and the people are very generous and friendly with very good service provided in a vast range of excellent quality restaurants. We really enjoyed some of the excellent roof top bars. Highly recommend the villa and Kalkan.
