The property owner was fantastic. The location of the apartment is blocks away from the #1 rated restaurant in the world (Disfrutar). Great location!

The property was as advertised. Love the balcony and the original details of the house. The writing cabinet was a pleasant surprise as a working space! The eclectic mix of artwork added to the artistic atmosphere of the apartment and the surrounding area. Very complete kitchen, although with the amount of restaurants of three continents within 600 meter, this is not really necessary. Walking distance to the city centre and the sea. Very close to bus and metro stations. For the beach I recommend public transport.

The apartment is located near everything! Super nice and clean apartment. I am traveling with my 91 yr old father and we felt safe, more than comfortable, relaxing area, lots of great restaurants within walking distance! Very easy to get to the bus stop, hail a taxi just outside the apartment, or catch the metro just up the street! Amazon delivered food via Amazon.es, or grocery stores and little markets are within walking distance. The host provides a cart that makes it very convenient to pick up your own groceries. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, make coffee, or relax and eat out at one of the convenient and unexpensive local restaurants. You can expect good communication with the caretaker, Alba! She is super sweet, over the top helpful, and there for you at all times! The host, Claes is very friendly, and always has time to chat and extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. We felt welcome from minute one! There was never any doubt about being in good hands, being taken care of, and the feeling of being at home. We just enjoyed our stay and loved Barcelona! Each year when we return, we will most definitely check availability at this location first! Also, very close to all the major tourist locations which are easy to get to with the low cost taxi’s, metro or bus.

I stayed in the unit for 45 nights, Claes and the property manager Alba were so wonderful and graceful. I locked myself out multiple times and Alba came to help me (even in late hours). The unit is perfectly located in the shopping area and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend this unit for anyone looking to stay in BCN. Thank you for all your help.
