Le Beausite C Apartment is a stylish and light Chamonix apartment that offers a premium location within the centre of Chamonix. It has been decorated to a high standard and is a great option for small family or group of friends looking for a base within the centre of Chamonix. In the summer there is a rooftop pool that is open from June - September and has stunning views over Month Blanc.
Situated on the pedestrianised main street of Chamonix there are restaurants on your doorstep but the busy bars are a few minutes walk meaning that you will still get a good nights sleep while being close to all amenities. This Chamonix apartment has a balcony with views over Mont Blanc and inside there are windows on three sides of the apartment meaning that you have views of Mont Blanc, Le Tour and Le Brevent.
The open plan living-dining area provides a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV with UK & French TV channels, a DVD player and a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. The well equipped kitchen in Le Beausite C apartment is perfect for cooking up a storm and comes complete with full sized oven, microwave, dishwasher, fondue & raclette machine and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed and mountain views and the smaller second bedroom has a set of bunk beds, there is also a sofa bed in the living room providing flexible sleeping arrangements for any group. The family bathroom has a walk in shower and a separate WC. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, parking and free fibre internet.

We had a great stay in Chamonix, the apartment is right in the centre so perfectly located for shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. Even the ski bus was only a few minutes walk away.
The small kitchen was well equipped and the shower was modern and hot.
I did find the bed was very firm and the heating would ideally be warmer (there is a restriction by the French authorities on this however).

Appartement was convenient and complete with good views on mountain, good kitchen with all good appliances, coffee machines and all what you need, living room spacious and comfortable, master bedroom spacious but bed rather small and hard. Small bedroom only suitable for kids.
Good bathroom but shower useless, hardly any water pressure and should be improved.

We have stayed for the second time and it was excellent as before. So we will probably book it for next year as well.

The apartment is situated on the main shopping drag towards to south end of town, about 10/15 mins walk from the centre of town. Perfectly good bars and restaurants nearby (although don't use the local Spar, which is second rate. The SuperU in the centre of the town is 1000x better). The flat itself is nice, with a balcony looking over Aguille Midi and Mont Blanc. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed. The only reason I give it a 3 star rating is the bed in the main room is tremendously noisy, creaking every time you move an inch. This kept me awake the first couple of nights, and after I developed significant back pain (caused by the bed) I chose to sleep on the floor. Not a very enjoyable part of my holiday, to say the least. My son also had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed, as a slat in the bunk bed (which is very short, by the way) meant he couldn't sleep in the very small bunk room. The swimming pool is basic, and without anywhere to sit. So, we enjoyed Chamonix, nice apartment, but the beds int he apartment spoilt what otherwise would have been a nice holiday. Avoid.
