Eine großzügige Wohnung in zentraler, aber doch ruhiger Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden, zur zentralen Markthalle ist es nicht weit. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, und auch zum Bahnhof sind es nur 10 Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Every morning at 7 am jack hammers began right next to the two bedroom walls. I contacted management and the answer was they were not aware. The building next door is an obvious large construction site for student housing and it was certainly known to anyone remotely close to the property. We should have been informed about this prior to our booking. Also the property was not ready for a family. There were wine glasses but no wine opener, an oven with no pot holders, no book of instructions, no dish towels or anything to wipe counters etc. Also the door was extremely difficult to open and a few words about that would have been appreciated. On the good side the home was located in a nice area and there were very good restaurants within easy walking distance. With a bit more thought this could be a good choice AFTER the construction is completed.
