The property is completely private with gardens and private pool for the sole use of our guests.

Villa Rio is located on a lovely residential street and is just a 5 minute walk to restaurants & bars, the main Coral Bay strip which is full of restaurants, bars & shops is less than a 20 minute walk. Coral Bay has 2 of the best beaches on the island, Coral Bay Beach & Corallia Beach. There is a fantastic mini amusement park with a great mini golf course, lovely food and tempting cocktails right in the middle of Coral Bay.

The Akamas National Park is just a 15 minute drive and is an area of outstanding natural beauty with one of the most popular restaurants for lunch set in an unparalleled elevated position enjoying the amazing Mediterranean vista.

Latchi is just a 30 minute drive and here you can enjoy a great fish meze in one of the many restaurants along the harbour front and take out a self-drive boat from Latchi Watersports Centre with a 15% saving using our special arrangement or join a boat tour to see the famous Blue Lagoon.

Paphos old town with its traditional market and Paphos Harbour and its famous castle are just a 25 minute drive.

The Paphos Zoo and Bird Park, the biggest fully licenced zoo in Paphos is a short drive and there are many fantastic wineries in the region for you to sample the local wine from homegrown vineyards and see how it is made with their informative tours, the closest winery being around a 15-20 minute drive.

Go-karting, quad biking, horse riding, jeep safaris, diving, boat tours and golfing are just a few of the activities you can enjoy whilst staying at this lovely villa.

Taxis are very reasonable in Cyprus and we leave a fridge magnet in the villa with contact details of a taxi company that knows the location of all our villas. Car hire is also very reasonable. There is a comprehensive bus service around Paphos and fares start from Euro 1.50 for a single journey, you can also buy daily and weekly passes.
