2-bedroom apartment with large private terrace, located in the modern Residence "Piopa 2" with pool, convenient to the city centre of Polpenazze del Garda.The apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests with the bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with German channels, a table with chairs and a fully fitted kitchen with an induction cooker hob, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, an orange juicer, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a microwave, a coffee machine and a toaster. The living room overlooks a beautiful terrace with pool view, equipped with a table with chairs to enjoy meals in the open-air. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with a queen size bed and a wardrobe each. A full bathroom with a shower and a washing machine completes the apartment.*The shared pool of the residence is available from the 15th of May to the 30th of September. Swimming cap is required.*Air conditioning is present only in the living area, fans are present in the sleeping area.*Guests can easily park their car in the parking place in front of the residence.*Pets are not allowed.*Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
