The independent and air-conditioned kitchen is equipped with gas stove and all cooking utensils: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, American coffee machine and toaster. The sleeping area, well separated from the rest of the house, consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms: 2 double bedrooms complete with large wardrobes, 1 bedroom with single beds and a cot for small children; the first bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet and the second with bathtub, toilet and bidet.On the outside, inside the large green park, there's the large swimming pool from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the lake and the castle.*The apartment is located on the ground floor but a four-step ramp is required to reach it.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
