The apartment, completely renovated and newly refurbished, is located on the ground floor with a large private garden. Internally it's furnished with a large living room with two sofas, TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, American coffee machine and toaster. From the living room windows tourists can access the splendid porch overlooking the lake, equipped with sofas and a table with chairs for breakfasts and dinners.

The apartment continues with the master bedroom complete with double bed and wardrobes; the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom consists of a wardrobe and 2 spacious single beds which can also be joined to form a double bed.

Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the living room are also available to guests.

The bright apartment is completed by the large private garden, an outdoor parking space, and private garage for 1 car (measures: width 2.40m length 5.40m height 2.60m) shared with other guests.



Guests can enjoy a pool that is shared with 5 other apartments, open from the 15th of May to the 30th of September.



*A short flight of stairs must be crossed to reach the apartment.



*Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.



*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Soiano del Lago, an enchanting town near Lake Garda on the Brescia side, takes its name from "Solis ianua" (literally “Gateway of the Sun”) which is enough to define the characteristics of this small village in Valtenesi, rich in vineyards and olive trees surrounded the green of the hills. In Soiano del Lago, the Castle dating back to the 10th century is definitely worth a visit, as it is also the site of events during the summer. To visit nearby, there is Moniga del Garda with its splendid beaches and Castle of Padenghe.

For guests who prefer a relaxing trip, it is possible to reach Salò and take a boat to visit the lake while sailing.

The hinterland of Soiano del Lago offers quiet places surrounded by the typical olive trees of the Valtenesi area, on Lake Garda, where tourists can take part to tastings and stop at local restaurants to taste the typical "spiedo bresciano" (meat and potatoes slowly cooked on a revolving spit).



The apartment is about 9 km from the Desenzano railway station and about 43 km from the Verona Catullo airport.
