Cosy village house in Muro
Beautiful and well-maintained house in the centre of Muro.
If you are looking for accommodation to spend pleasant holidays with your family and friends, in Capavila you will find the comfort and charm you are seeking.
Capacity for 5 people.
The house is divided into two floors.
On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary to prepare your favourite dishes during your holidays and a bathroom with shower. From the kitchen you can access the spacious terrace.
On the first floor are the bedrooms: two with double bed and one with two single beds, and two bathrooms with bathtub.
In the outdoors, you can enjoy pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink in good company. On the large outdoor barbecue, you can prepare delicious dishes for a cosy barbecue evening.
You can cool off in the 6x3 metre swimming pool, which has sunbeds prepared for you.
The house is fully air-conditioned. There is also a garage with space for 2 cars, which can be used.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Optional central heating (15.00 Eur/day)
- Electric cars plugged into the house's electrical network 100€ per week
- Parties not allowed.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

Our recent 10 day break for 5, grandparents, son, daughter in law and granddaughter was very good. The standard of decoration and internal furnishings were excellent and roomy. The pool was enjoyed very much by all. Garage parking was handy and convenient, although challenging due to the slope and width of the entrance. Everything about the villa was very clean and we spent most days lazing and swimming in the pool. The villa is quiet (apart from the occasional barking dog) and not overlooked. The lovely beaches are about 20 mins by car and we favoured restaurants in Alcudia (they were difficult to find in Muro), which were about the same distance. We did use the BBQ several times although it could do with a better grilling frame. Small shops within walking distance but car recommended for a supermarket.Had a bird trapped in the downstairs extractor vent which was safely removed by the maintenance guy, who was extremely quick and very friendly. He even arranged a couple of extra hours to our departure time to match our flight home.
A toilet on the pool level would be a good improvement to save wet and slippery climbing of the stairs.The lower double room is styled for children and unfortunately has shelving at adult head height which from experience can be quite painful. The lower bathroom has a little mould by the shower tray and could usefully be bigger. There is an abundance of glasses but only a few mugs for coffee and little plastic to use by the pool.An arrival book with instructions on how to use utilities, wi-fi code, recycling etc... in English. Great place to stay with plenty of public transport access to Palma, airport, Alcudia etc.. Pool is a decent size.
