About this apartment rental
Located in the prestigious town of Sirmione, lake front, a 1-bedroom apartment for a family or group holiday up to 4 people.
The apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests onto the bright living room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen with cooker hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, electric kettle, orange juicer, coffee machine and toaster.
The living room leads, through a French door, to the stunning private terrace, provided with dining table and chairs for breakfasts and dinners with a breathtaking view!
The apartment continues with the master bedroom provided with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.
*The pool is available from 1st of June to 30th of September.
*Guests can easily park up to 2 cars in the private garage (measurements: 5x2.95m) and in the private parking space within the Residence.
*Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay, per item.
*Reception is located at 27 Via Tommaso del Molin in Desenzano del Garda and is open daily from 9 am to 5:30 pm.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Starting from the historic walls of the city, tourists begin to discover its beauty with a visit to the Scaligero Castle and its Darsena. Next to the Castle begins the panoramic road that runs along Lake Garda, which offers unforgettable views. For cycling lovers, we suggest taking part in the itinerary to discover Lugana Wine, cycling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.
Lake Garda is home to beautiful villa and garden attractions, family fun parks, water sport and wind surfing activities, sailing clubs, luxury spas and family run vineyard.

Wir wurden herzlich im Büro von SNALE empfangen, wo uns alles über das Appartement erklärt wurde. Das Appartement war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Terrasse über den Gartenbereich, Pool und Gardasee ist wirklich traumhaft. Die gesamte Anlage ist gut gesichert und gepflegt. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist direkt gegenüber und die Altstadt von Sirmione ist in ca. 45min bei einem Spaziergang direkt am Wasser leicht erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Das Objekt hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt am See .Die Wohnung sehr schön und neuwertig.Der Blick vom Balkon direkt auf den See ,ein Traum ! Ausstattung alles nötige vorhanden.Es wäre alles perfekt gewesen ,wenn nicht am 2.Tag der Pool gesperrt worden wäre! Auch keine Entschädigung dafür! Schade
