Szuper elhelyezkedés, szupermarket a szomszédban. Modern mindennel felszerelt apartman, a szobában nagy gardrób szekrény is található.

Tiszta, kényelmes volt, volt a közelben egy bolt ahol be lehetett vásárolni, nagyon közel a tóhoz, éttermekhez. Be lehetett sötételni, reggel nem vettük észre mikor van világos, ezért sokáig tudtunk pihenni.
Nagyon vékonyka a falak, minden hallatszik a szomszédból meg a WC-ből, pl ha valaki lehúzza a WC-t. Ha nyitva az ablak a mellette levő boltban korán reggel már pakolják az árut és nagy zajjal jár, ez megzavarja a pihenést, de ha be vannak csukva az ablakok akkor nem hallatszik.

Abbiamo passato tre notti presso Dimora Nicola e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Non abbiamo passato molto tempo in casa ma per il poco che ci siamo stati è stato tutto perfetto. Posizione ottima, vicino ci sono ristoranti, supermercati, bar, negozi, farmacia, tutto quello che serve per passare una bella vacanza. A due passi dal lago e con una bella passeggiata si raggiunge anche a piedi il centro di Sirmione. Pulizia dell' appartamento ottima e dotato di tutto il necessario. C'è anche un bel terrazzone e super apprezzato anche il garage privato. Grazie per averci permesso di passare una bella "mini vacanza".
