Owners very welcoming and helpful. Lovely views from flat over fields. Very high standards of fixtures and furniture. Very lovely place to stay. Outside private patio with table and bench over looking fields. Very much recomended

Excellent property; just right for a few days away. Nice walks on the doorstep; close enough to easily drive into Woodstock (great coffee shops) and visit Blenheim Palace. Owners very helpful and friendly.
