Just a few miles down the road is Kirkby Lonsdale, a traditional Cumbrian market town. Kirkby Lonsdale sits on the River Lune, a hot spot for motorcyclists, walkers and cyclists gathering at the renowned Devil’s Bridge. The town has a lot to offer and boasts an abundance of traditional pubs, fine dining restaurants, charming tea rooms and boutique shops. Why not enjoy a visit to the famous ‘Ruskins View’ passing by the beautiful Church of St Mary’s, followed by a delightful river walk to ‘Devils Bridge’ which is a lovely bonus to the town’s attractions. Lupton Hall Cottage borders Lancashire, Yorkshire and Cumbria, and there is easy access to both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks, and Morecambe Bay making it a perfect base to explore!
