Flat 2 Channel View is a wonderful holiday apartment resting in Torquay, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms across the ground-floor, including a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, a double with TV and Jack and Jill access to bathroom, and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen, living/dining room with electric fire, games room and conservatory. The property also boasts a garden with decked area with seating, lawned area and hot tub and off-road parking for one car, with further unrestricted roadside parking. Panoramic sea view across Lyme Bay. Flat 2 Channel View is a wonderful base for a break to South Devon. Please note, that is one step up and one step down on arrival but once inside the property there is an alternative route in/out of the property that does not require using the front steps. Please note: this property cannot accommodate Hen/Stag or similar parties. Please note: this property cannot accommodate workers' bookings.
