The Property
The detached cottage boasts a sea view overlooking the enchanting La Maddalena archipelago and is situated in a strategic location, ideal for exploring the area’s wonders: just a 5-minute drive from fabulous, paradise-like beaches; just a 10-minute walk from the center of Palau and its many attractions, such as restaurants, bars, shops, and the harbor; a 40-minute ferry ride from the island of La Maddalena; and about a 30-minute drive from Porto Cervo. You’ll be captivated by the beauty of this land, characterized by unspoiled landscapes, breathtaking views, and crystal-clear turquoise or emerald waters that invite you to take a dip—all accompanied by the warm hospitality typical of the most authentic Sardinia.

The property features six private parking spaces right in front of the house, within an enclosed area protected by an automatic gate that prevents unauthorized access, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for guests in a very private setting. The house measures 85 square meters and features an open-concept living room and kitchen, two double bedrooms, and one bathroom. In addition, the villa features a spacious and inviting garden.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
The house features a large, bright open-concept living room that harmoniously combines the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with all dining utensils, including cutlery, plates, and glasses; all necessary cooking utensils, including pots, pans, and ladles; and almost all appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine with some capsules provided by the house. The kitchen counter features a sink and a gas stove. The living area features a dining table with six chairs, a double sofa bed that can be unfolded to accommodate two additional guests, and a Full HD TV.

BEDROOMS
Two spacious and comfortable double suites, both equipped with a queen-size bed, two nightstands with two convenient lamps, a closet to store your clothes and all your personal belongings, a heat pump air conditioner, and a French door leading directly to the garden. One of the two bedrooms also features a TV.

BATHROOM
The bathroom features a sink, mirror, hair dryer, towels in various sizes, a trash can, a welcome kit including complimentary shower gel and shampoo provided by the house, a shower stall, toilet, bidet, shower mat, and a window.

GARDEN
The villa is graced with a large, well-maintained private garden, equipped with three lounge chairs where you can relax in the tranquility and soak up the sun, an additional table with more chairs for al fresco dining on sunny days, and an excellent charcoal grill. This green space is a true oasis of peace that offers moments of pure relaxation and unforgettable barbecues.

Guest Access
Guests have the entire villa to themselves. Access is very quick and easy thanks to self-check-in. On the day of arrival, I’ll provide you with all the necessary instructions for entering the property.

In order to offer our guests an increasingly comprehensive service, our property has partnered with a trusted car rental agency, Mida Rent at Olbia Airport. Here are the various benefits:
- It’s very convenient to get there because it’s located inside Olbia Airport;
- unlike many other car rental agencies, Mida Rent does not require payment by credit card but allows you to pay in cash, or with a debit card, credit card, or prepaid card;

- they’ll even deliver the car directly to your home or to a predetermined location;
- the service is fast and efficient;
- the prices are very competitive.

At the time of payment, you’ll also pay the tourist tax (per night per person).

In accordance with Italian law, guest information must be recorded; therefore, before your check-in time, all guests must complete the online check-in process: I will send you a message containing a link that will take you to a portal where you’ll need to enter your information and upload your documents. It’s a very simple process.

The property is equipped with two heat pump air conditioners (one in each bedroom) and excellent Wi-Fi Internet access.
