160sqm apartments distributed in 5 bedrooms (4 single beds + 3 double beds), 3 complete bathrooms, a bright living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
The building also comes with small apartments with 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms in case you need more space. Each bedroom comes with a double bed.
Price shown is to stay in 1 unit up to 10 people. For larger groups, please ask!
All the apartments comes with the same equipment and furniture: WIFI, smart TV, air conditioning /heating, washing machine, iron+board, hairdryer, microwave, freezer, fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, baby chair (on request).

The nearest metro station is La Latina (Line 5 - the green one). The building is located in a quiet street. The area is surrounded by many restaurants, tapas bars, cafés, bakeries...
The "La Latina" neighborhood is one of the oldest and most charismatic in Madrid. Its streets retain the layout they had centuries ago, as can be seen in the map of the Villa of 1656. Some of their names (puerta de Moros, plaza de la Cebada, calle de la Morería, la propia Latina) transfer us to a time in which this area was the true center of life in the city.
For those travelling by car, public parking facilities are available just in front of the building.

Our group of 10 stayed in the 3rd floor apartment (really fourth floor). This building does not have an elevator. With this glam group of 30 to 70 year olds, we had a lot of luggage to haul up the very rustic, natural wood stairs. The apartment was great! Clean, excellent water pressure, full kitchen, and plenty of living space. The living area had wonderful natural lighting and two balconies. Loved this! Many attractions were walkable (particularly for meeting places for tours). I do not recommend walking alone at night or even with just women. There was a sketchy road, one block away that was quite terrifying to walk through as we made our way back from shopping.

The place is great. Basically 3 units combined to one, so lots of space, lots of bathrooms, lots of washing machines. The location is amazing. Even though it’s on a busy street, we didn’t get road noise. You can walk to almost anything. The staff is friendly and helpful. The office is in the same building as the unit.
