Lovely modern villa in the heights of Biot with amazing views over the hilltop village and just minutes from the sea. The villa is fully air-conditioned with four spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, heated pool (child security fenced) and outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the view.

On the ground floor there is an open plan living/dining room , (TV, Video, DVD, CD), French doors leading to sun terrace and jacuzzi with views of Biot village and the sea. Well equipped kitchen/breakfast room , French door opening onto garden and pool. Guest WC. Double bedroom (1.40m bed) with French doors leading to garden with village view. Separate bathroom, WC.
