About this house rental
Important booking conditions:
- House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events due to respect for the neighborhood and property. Possibility to contact the owner for exception after prior agreement.
- Deposit of 1500 euros will be given directly on site when handing over the keys by check, or in cash for foreigners. Possibility of making a bank transfer one week before arrival.
- For stays of less than 6 nights: 150 euros obligatory costs for logistics to be handed over on arrival.

Villa of 240 m2 and garden of 2100 m2, located in the town of Biot, Bois Fleuri district, on the edge of Valbonne, 15 minutes from the sea.

It has 6 bedrooms all air conditioned and 5 bathrooms:
- A master suite with a 160 cm bed upstairs with terrace, TV, dressing room and bathroom.
- A bedroom upstairs with dressing room and shower room.
- One bedroom on the ground floor, outside shower room.
- A mezzanine bedroom with a 140 bed upstairs and 2 90 beds downstairs.
- An independent bedroom on the mezzanine with shower room, 140 bed upstairs.
- An independent bedroom on the pétanque court side with a 160 bed and bathroom.
Equipped kitchen opening onto the terraces and the garden.
Dining room, main living room and TV corner overlooking the swimming pool with bay windows.
Basement with fitness equipment and wine cellar.
