- House dedicated to family stays preferably. We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events due to respect for the neighborhood and property. Possibility to contact the owner for exception after prior agreement.
- Deposit of 1500 euros will be given directly on site when handing over the keys by check, or in cash for foreigners. Possibility of making a bank transfer one week before arrival.
- For stays of less than 6 nights: 150 euros obligatory costs for logistics to be handed over on arrival.
