I’ve been hesitant writing this because I wanted to keep it all to myself, however, since I can’t live there permanently, I will say it is the NICEST place we ever stayed!They have everything and I mean everything including the best master bed so freaking comfy I need one for homeI love this place and will book again and again

5 stayed at the property. Myself, wife, daughter (8) and grandparents for a summer holiday. We spent time in the pool, at the beach and a number of trips to Disney.
The accommodation was as described - clean, spacious, well-equipped and well-managed.
The property has all the cooking equipment necessary (and then some!), plus more than enough bedding and towels - great for a 2 week stay.
The host has thought of everything - in the garage there is a huge amount of beach equipment which made our visits incredibly easy!
Of particular note was the pool - large, well-equipped, warm and clean. The netting surrounding it was great at keeping out the bugs which added to the experience.
The location is excellent - a quiet street, close to shops/restaurants and the beach with superb transport links to Orlando and the parks.
The host was communicative and responsive and accommodating to our needs. Thank you Nathan!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property and the host.

This was a great house for our stay. We had our kids in School of Surf on Cocoa Beach, and this house was perfectmfor us to work in, play in, and relax in. Would stay again!

Everything was great. Even had condiments there which helped a lot. The only thing wrong was there were only four washcloths but I'm sure the owner will get more when
he knows it. Would stay there again if wanting to stay in Florida.
