Cozy Waterfront in Merritt Island/Cocoa Beach, FL. 3 Bedrooms 2 1/2 Bathrooms. The home comes with linens, kitchen appliances and utensils. We have beach towels and coolers for the beach. Has Washer, Dryer. Great location. Quiet area. Close to everything. Newly remodeled kitchen and furnished with all new furniture. Come stay on the water and watch the manatees and dolphins from the backyard. Hot tub, grill, screened porch for your use. Only minutes from Cape Canaveral and 5 minutes to Cocoa Beach. Not far from Orlando - Disney Attractions. Great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet home like setting away from traffic and noise. Great location if you are needing a place for the USSSA tornaments. Short term or long term stays.

This property was just what we needed before leaving for a cruise out of Cape Canaveral. The house was very convenient to restauranats and last minute shopping. Will plan on staying here the next time i sail out of Cape Canaveral.

Very well stocked. There was not anything missing to cook, grill, to go the beach or just to sit and fish from the deck.

Visited with some extended family and had a wonderful time. Dock/pier on canal was a great place for coffee, lunch, or just watching the pelicans go for a snack! Close to beach, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa. Great hosts, good time had by all!
