One of the best locations ever! Host is very responsive and kind. Kitchen is adequate but not gourmet, an electric stove and teflon coated pots and pans. Not many baking dishes. Wonderful dishes and lots of silverware.Two kayaks on site as well as fishing equipment. Dock is incredible!

We loved our stay! The view was amazing and lots of space. Great viewing spot for rocket launches too. It exceeded our expectations with lots of added touches that made for a great stay.

The house was clean with spacious. We could have easily had additional people stay with the two of us. It was really great watching a launch from the upper dock in addition to fishing from the lower dock. We caught sea trout and catfish. We also saw dolphin and manatee several times.

The house was in great shape and the host, Robert, could not have more cordial and accomodating. The location on the Banana River is spectacular, a great view and lots of wildlife.
