This spacious 130 m² apartment is located in the Cannaregio district in a quiet residential complex and consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, 2 double bedrooms and capacity for 8 people thanks to the three sofa beds. It is tastefully furnished and ideal for hosting large families or groups of friends.
It is located 350m from the Ca d'Oro vaporetto stop, which conveniently connects Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia train station, and 200 meters from the Fondamenta Nove stop, from which you can reach Marco Polo Airport in 25 minutes with the Alilaguna vaporetto line, and from which you can easily reach the islands of Murano, Burano, Sant'Erasmo, and Lido. The apartment is also a convenient starting point for visiting the city of Venice on foot, as the main attractions located in St. Mark's Square and the Rialto area are about 10-20 minutes walking distance. The nearest supermarket is just 20 meters away.
The apartment is equipped with amenities such as internet access (wi-fi), hair dryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning, 2 electric mosquito repellent devices, 1 television.
The independent kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, and coffee maker.
Check-in is possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. I love how this property takes tjme to make sure the tenants Are gonna have a wonddrful stay. Samuele whom checked us in was a gem! He was very courteous. We love our stay here! Will definitely book again when my whole family comes back.
