1. Pool area was alright. 2. The “receptionist” welcoming us was nice.

1. Receptionist offered us “house wine” as a welcome. It later appeared as if the wine was “gone bad”. 2. The aircon in our room was dripping and not functioning. The receptionist said it will be fixed soon (we travelled while Tuscany was having a heatwave and things were breaking under the heat). Nevertheless would’ve been nice to have another room or a discount etc and not that broken room. The house was more or less empty. 3. No mirror, no fridge, no “lake view”. 4. Found what seemed to be previous guest used razer next to the sink in the bathroom…. 5. Breakfast was under all limits. Milk was spoiled, literally acidic. Things seemed old. The fruits in the basked had mold on it. The cheese had been there so long it had a “sweat” on it. 6. The parking lot was FAR. 7. The road to the agriturismo…well let’s say good luck if you’ve rented the Fiat500 or some other small car. 8. The house itself was old and everywhere you looked there was spiderwebs and dust. 9. Taken all this into consideration, the price for the night was definitely NOT worth the money. It’s a pity. It could be a great place.

Our room had strong smell of cellar and we had to leave and find a new place to stay for the night.

The view from the pool and hill is beatiful and the atmostphere there is nice

We didn’t get the room we booked and we were ’upgraded’ to suite that had very strong smell of cellar/mould, we tried to ventilate the room but it did not help. We had to ask for a refund and look for another place to stay for the night as there was no availability in another rooms. Staff was very polite and nice but ignorance to the problem with the smell was unacceptable. Luckily we got the refund without any hussle.

Agriresort per modo di dire, la nostra stanza aveva la zanzariera e il condizionatore rotti. Siamo andati via e stiamo ancora aspettando il rimborso che è stato concordato e concesso con il proprietario. La strada di accesso malmessa, chi non ha macchine alte o specifiche potrebbe danneggiare le sospensioni.

Abenteuerliche Zufahrt die man nicht gerne mehrmals befährt. Lage und Personal nichts desto trotz top.

Die Lage ist wirklich gut und man hat da oben seine Ruhe.

Die Zufahrt zum Gebäude ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Der Weg ist extrem ausgeschwemmt und wäre mit einem normal tiefen und voll beladenen PKW nicht passierbar. In unserem BMW X2 waren wir auch noch um den Allradantrieb froh. Weiters ragen teilweise spitze Stauden in den Weg, die am Autolack Kratzer verursachen können. In unserer Suit hatten wir noch Besuch von diversen Insekten und es roch etwas modrig.

Almeno voi non fatevi ingannare

La vista, unico elemento naturale che nel tempo non richiede manutenzione.

Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero deludente, non siamo andati via solo perché essendo in piena stagione sarebbe stato un incubo trovare altro. Partiamo dalla strada d'accesso, circa 1 km di strada sterrata (non segnalata) piena di buche e voragini, percorribile solo con un suv con comunque l'alto rischio di danneggiate l'auto. Secondariamente abbiamo trovato situazioni pessime a livello di pulizia e servizi, camera sporca, piena di ragnatele, con zanzariera rotta e climatizzatore molto rumoroso. Il bagno sporco e con elementi arrugginiti che andrebbero cambiati. Uno dei servizi principali, cioè la piscina, presentava sporcizia sui lati del fondo nonostante l'acqua fosse limpida, inoltre solo pochi lettini sono all'ombra, quindi devi avere la fortuna di arrivare in tempo e trovarli liberi. In ultimo la colazione che di "Agri" aveva davvero poco, ogni mattina si trovavano sempre gli stessi prodotti industriali del vicino incoop. Nada è molto gentile e si rende disponibile ma i disservizi sono davvero troppi considerando il prezzo, ed è un peccato per la bellezza della zona. Aaaa Mai trovata la spiaggia privata citata nei servizi.

Un piccolo angolo di Paradiso

La posizione è davvero eccezionale, la camera piccola ma originale ed arredata con gusto. Il letto sul soppalco era un nido rustico e romantico: il lucernaio sopra il letto è un'esperienza unica anche se il soffitto coperto di bellissime travi in legno era forse un po' troppo vicino al letto sottostante. Piscina bellissima. Struttura davvero considerevole e l'Host disponibile e gentilissima

Il bagno necessitava di un" evidente opera di manutenzione mentre l'area verde esterna era decisamente trascurata. Probabilmente non per incuranza ma per impossibilità poiché la Signora era completamente sola nel gestire il tutto, dalla colazione al check in, dalle camere all'accoglienza.

È un peccato che una struttura con così alto potenziale non venga valorizzata.

La vista sul lago è molto suggestiva.

La strada per raggiungere l’agriresort è sterrata e completamente dissestata con solchi profondi per cui si rischia di danneggiare l’auto. Per di più a bordo strada c’è pieno di rovi mai tagliati che danneggiano la carrozzeria a ogni passaggio. La struttura è in generale molto trascurata sia negli interni (bagno vecchio con sanitari poco puliti, luci rotte,…) sia negli esterni (arbusti ovunque mai tagliati, piscina non pulita). Anche la colazione è molto industriale.

Bella la location, in cima alla collina. La strada per arrivarci non è un problema se hai un SUV.

Purtroppo, la nostra esperienza all'Agriturismo Le Porcine è stata molto deludente. Siamo andati via 10 minuti dopo il check-in. La camera era sporca, umida e con un forte odore di muffa, probabilmente perché eravamo i primi ospiti della stagione. Non abbiamo potuto provare altri servizi. La proprietaria ha cercato di rimediare, ma sembra manchi di supporto o di un manager per gestire al meglio la struttura. Una pessima esperienza.

Super Lage und manche Herausforderung

Die Lage über dem See und in der freien Natur ist wirklich top. Auch die Anlage selbst hat was. Von daher wirklich zu empfehlen.

Die Zufahrt war -so man sie denn gefunden hat - über den (durch den Regen ausgewaschenen) Feldweg eine Herausforderung für einen SUV; ich hoffe, dass der Weg wirklich neu geschottert wurde. Unser Zimmer war pfiffig gemacht, halt "mal was anderes". Aber ab einem gewissen Alter sind durchgebrochene Sofas, mehrstufige Treppen zur Dusche und zum Doppelbett, oder "Übersteiger", um ins eigene Bett zu gelangen nicht mehr so das Wahre ... . Also Augen auf bei der Zimmerwahl im Agriresort Le Porcine ... . Die Aussicht auf den See war uns in dem Fall wichtiger.

La strada sterrata per arrivare non adatta a tutte le auto. E dovrebbe essere un luogo soltanto per adulti dove poterci rilassare senza essere svegliati dal pianto del bambino oppure una mamma isterica che urla a bordo piscina. Peccato niente relax Questo un mio umile pensiero.
