The property, which is fully fenced, covers approximately 1,000 square meters and features a beautiful garden surrounded by chestnut trees, fruit trees, and a profusion of flowers, including lavender, geraniums, and hydrangeas.
The swimming pool (10x5 meters, depth 1.40), fully fenced and situated on a hill above the house—offering an enchanting view of Mount Amiata—is for the exclusive use of guests.
The pool area features a sun shower and is equipped with lounge chairs, a gazebo, a table, and chairs.
The single-story villa, spanning over 100 square meters, can accommodate up to eight people.
It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a fireplace, 4 spacious double bedrooms (one of which can be equipped with a crib), one bathroom with a tub, and two bathrooms with shower stalls, as well as an utility room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
Characteristic Tuscan ceiling entirely made of exposed chestnut wood beams and joists.
Outside, there are 2 porches with tables, benches, and chairs for dining al fresco; the garden features a built-in barbecue and a sink.
High-speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available to guests.
Ample outdoor parking is available on the property.

We’re located 800 meters above sea level between Mount Amiata, the Val d’Orcia, and the beautiful coastline of the Grosseto Maremma, in the hamlet of Le Macchie, part of the town of Arcidosso.
The town of Arcidosso, which has three supermarkets open even on Sundays, is located about 5 km from the property; Montalcino is 40 km away, Terme di Saturnia is 35 km away, Castiglione della Pescaia (5-sail rating by Legambiente-Touring Club) is 70 km away, and Siena is 60 km away.
The price includes: an initial supply of bath and bed linens, kitchen utensils and appliances, Wi-Fi internet access, water, electricity, and gas consumption, and a baby crib. Available upon request and payable on site: an extra linen change and heating via LPG-powered radiators (5 euros per m³).
Final cleaning is not included in the price (100 euros).
Pets are not allowed in the house.

Lovely property, plenty of room for the five of us, amazings views of Mount Amiata.
Anna and Claudio were lovely and on hand if we needed them!
Weather was changeable but it didn't bother us too much.
