Private: beautiful terraced garden, 2'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 08.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, arbour, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Endroit magnifique avec une vue superbe sur Seggiano. Propriétaire très accueillant et disponible. Equipements de la maison complets.

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: die Lage ist traumhaft auf einem Weinberg mit Blick auf den Monte Amiata und den Ort Seggiano. Gepflegter großer Garten über 2 Ebenen mit Terrassen und großem Pool. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Eigentümer sind aufmerksam und Kommunikation funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Ferienhaus liegt erhöht mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht in die Landschaft. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut. Auch der Pool sowie die Außenanlagen lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung wünscht, ist hier richtig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt! Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Stadt sind malerisch. Man findet in der Unterkunft die totale Entspannung. Der Pool war schön groß und nicht von außen einsichtbar. Zwar muss man etwa 30-90 Minuten Fahrt rechnen, um in die touristisch interessanten Gebiete wie größere Städte (z.B. Siena) oder Strände (z.B. Grosetto) zu kommen, dafür findet man aber die absolute Ruhe hier im wunderschönen Haus.
