Nice rooms. Can walk to town . Nice breakfast.

Walk to town whilst not far, is on a main road and car traffic is a concern.

The naturally filtered pool and the proximity to the city. The reception staff was also very kind and helpful with recommendations.

Felt quite hostile, from booking to check out. Was notified after booking that we need to pay 20-50 euro/room for checkin after 7pm (which was not the case for us, but still not a great opener). Communication was also not very fluid or friendly. Pool was full of algae. They were going to clean it the next day. Still swimmable, but can feel disgusting. No tea/coffee/kettle in the room (maybe typically agriturismo?). You are not allowed to eat/drink outside products “for health and hygiene reasons”, but the restaurant was also closed. Toilet water would not stop flowing. Breakfast is additional 10 euro with home made products, but was not very fresh. Nothing outstanding, no veggies. Overall, I think the place has a lot of potential if: - they remove late check in fee (starting off on a bad foot) - make sure pool is always fresh and clean - add tea, coffee and kettle inside rooms - remove/update rules displayed in the bathroom - are all really needed? - more than anything, more hospitality is expected from such a beautiful place that’s twice the price of other accommodations you can get in Pienza

It was on such a beautiful corner, and the land was so peaceful and quiet.

Despite the disappointing aspects of our stay, the hotel's close proximity to the charming town of Pienza was a redeeming factor. A short walk allowed for easy exploration of this picturesque destination. Additionally, the hotel itself was housed in a visually appealing building, adding a touch of architectural charm to the experience.

We recently stayed at Agriturismo La Collina that promised an agricultural experience but fell short on all counts. The overpriced accommodations lacked the advertised rural charm, leaving us disappointed. Our room had a malfunctioning temperature control system, making it uncomfortably warm, and the hotel's proximity to the the road meant traffic noise. Additionally, the advertised horseback riding was unavailable until June. To top it off, our room's toilet door was broken, revealing poor maintenance standards. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a unique, farm-inspired getaway.
