A charming 2 bedroom villa in a fantastic location on the edge of the historic Old Town of Pollensa, nestled along a small quiet track off the lane that leads to the sought after area of La Font area, it is close enough to walk from here to the restaurants cafe-bars and shops in the Old town of Pollensa. The villa is set all on one level. The rooms are cool, bright and airy with high ceilings and stone floors. The swimming pool has roman steps and an infinity type waterfall cascade.
Can Jaume La Font is situated in the sought after area of La Font just under the mountains of Boquer and Puig de Maria. It is located along a very quiet country lane away from any traffic noise. Can Jaume is one of our most conveniently situated Pollensa villas for rent.
The villa is set all on one level. The rooms are cool, bright and airy with high ceilings and stone floors. All rooms have air-conditioning, there is also central heating for the cooler months. The spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with a round dining table and comfortable sofas offer a great place to relax. Here you will find satellite TV (Astra 1 EuroSat). There is also a modern lighting system which allows you choose different coloured lights to suit your mood! The kitchen is well laid out with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave.
There is a separate utility room with washing machine..
Off the lounge area you will find a double room and a twin. Both rooms are bright and uncluttered with timber beds and bright white linen. They both have fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space. Between the bedrooms there is a bathroom with a walk in shower.
Doors from the lounge lead out onto a long and shady covered terrace which provides welcome shade to two sides of the property, there are beautiful views across to the Boquer mountains.
The swimming pool has roman steps and an infinity type waterfall cascade. The paved sun-terrace surrounds the pool and there is a garden with ample lawn space and Mediterranean plants and flowers. A pool-shower is also provided here for use before or after a swim.
Can Jaume is a very welcoming villa for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. It’s in a super location within easy walking distance of Pollensa, whilst being on the edge of the fantastic countryside for cycling and walking. The beautiful bay and resort of Puerto Pollenca are just a 5-minute drive away so you have the choice if you wanted to spend plenty of time at the beach.
Pool is approximately 6m x 3m with 1.8m deep end and 1.2m shallow end.

The house (especially the exterior) is really nice; infinity pool and terraces/ porch. Interior offers everything you need. Although the badroom needs some renovation, lots of water leaking from the shower and causing fungus. Same goes for the dishwasher. The house is located in a very quiet villa area with beautiful views on the surrounding mountains. Would recommend to rent a car to be able to reach the seaside and villages easily.

Nettes Haus in ruhiger Lage, nah genug an Supermarkt und Pollença. Pool sehr schön sowie das Grundstück gepflegtes Zitronen- und Olivenbäume im Garten und gute Ausstattung des Hauses.

We have just stayed at Villa Can Jaume La Font and really loved it there. For us the location was perfect,
rural but only a 15 minute level walk into town.
The villa was very clean, well equipped and the owner had provided a very generous welcome hamper which was really nice of them.
Eroski & Lidl supermarkets are very close by.
We walked back from town every night and although the road is not lit, we felt very safe.
Great base for exploring if you have a hire car.
Breakfast in the morning on the terrace listening to nothing but the sound of the birds singing was heaven.
It would be nice to have had some TV channels in English.
We would love to return in the future.

Wir fanden ein sehr schönes Domizil vor, welches leider einige Defizite ausweist. Schimmel an den Fliesen der Badewane, undichte Toilette, schmutzige Tischdecke (hätte man besser weg gelassen), auf das Sofa haben wir uns nur mit aufgelegtem Handtuch gesetzt, im Bad hingen Spinnweben ca 20cm lang von den Deckenbalken, der Chrom Handtuchheizkörper war matt, weil er vermutlich seit Monaten nicht gereinigt wurde. Die Fenster machten den Eindruck, dass Sie mit dem Lappen geputzt wurden, mit dem vorher der Boden gewischt wurde. Wenn die Sonne rein schien, konnte man tatsächlich fast nicht nach draussen sehen.
Auch wenn die genannten Sachverhalte nicht schön waren, hatten wir eine schöne Zeit im Háus.
