Newly Renovated Apartment in Ancient Residence with Pool. The apartment is located in the center of Albisano, a small village on the hills overlooking Torri del Benaco, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Garda.Entering the ancient wooden door you find yourself in the courtyard of the residence and going up the marble staircase you reach the first floor where the Apartment Giallo Limone is located.We invite you to relax and enjoy every moment of your time here. LIVING SPACES with KITCHENThe spacious and bright living room consists of a large sofa with side chairs and a wall-mounted flat-screen satellite TV and a dining area with a modern table next to the kitchen complete with refrigerator and freezer , gas stove, dishwasher, and all necessary amenities in the kitchen.ROOMS AND BATHROOMSThe apartment has two bedrooms.The first bedroom is located on the same floor of the living room and has an important double bed, with bedside tables and abat jour, and a open wardrobe.The first bathroom with shower is located next to this room.Walking along the internal wooden staircase with handrail, you enter the second attic bedroom, with two single beds with bedside table and a large closed wardrobe.At the same floor, for your convenience, there is a bathroom with walk-in shower.The rooms have Air Conditioning and you will also find a washing machine.OUTDOOR AMENITIESInside the Residence you can relax in the shared pool with 10 other properties or in the large communal garden full of tall trees.Guests have access to a covered garage for a car.The NEIGHBORHOOD Lake Garda, located in North Italy, is a vacation destination year-round. Visitors can surf, sail, and swim in the crystal clear lake, the largest in Italy. The Gardaland Resort, a theme park with a multitude of attractions like Legoland, Peppa Pig Land, an aquarium, and Jumanji - the Adventure opening in 2022, is about 20 km away. Verona is 45 km away and Venice is 170 km away. Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and biking. Schönes, modernes und sauberes Appartement in einer Anlage mit italienischen Eigentümern, die teilweise die Urlauber nicht mit Freundlichkeit akzeptieren. Strenge Pool- und Gartenregeln haben einen Charm einer Kleingärtneranlage. Die Lage ist top und die Vermieter sehr nett.

Der Zugang zur Wohnung war super beschrieben und einfach. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und bietet viel Platz für 4 Personen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Garten bietet genug Platz, um ein ruhiges und schattiges Plätzchen - auch mit dem Hund- zu finden. Außerdem ist der Garten wunderschön gestaltet.
Die Wohnung ist super und wäre wirklich top, wenn man einen kleinen Balkon oder Terrasse hätte oder eine Sitzmöglichkeit im Garten.

The stay and the apartment were fine however we did not feel welcome with a young family in the apartment complex. Other guests clearly did not welcome the presence of holiday goers in their space. The hosts also seem to be aware of this as they leave a list of strict rules for use of the pool, common areas and grounds which essentially state keep out of the way of the residents and be seen and not heard. Fine for a quiet couple but maybe not a young family.
