About this villa rental
The house consists of three residential units, of which first floor is inhabited annually by the owner, the ground floor with garden and the attic with sloping ceilings is reserved for guests, the entrances are independent.
Ground floor apartments overlooking the garden and pool large living room with TV, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed, This apartment is complete.
Outside: Terrace with table, garden furniture, The use of the swimming pool is in common with the apartment located on the upper floor ..
Smoking is allowed outdoors .
SMALL pets allowed on request.
Covered parking with anti-hail tarpaulin in the enclosed courtyard with automatic gate-
1 parking space per apartment available.

Albisano is a small village overlooking the lake (3 km Torri del Benaco, 3 km from Garda),Albisano , town without chaos, if you want a quiet holiday. For those of active life: 3 km Garda, Bardolino 6 km, 15 km Sealife Gardaland, Verona City Art, Arena with opera - 40km,venice 150km
A 5 minute walk you will find restaurants, ice cream, bars,minimarket . There are numerous paths in dirt paths that descend to the lake to do on foot or by mountain bike. For the less sporty in summer there is a free shuttle bus that goes to Albisano -Torri del benaco until midnight where you can find numerous shops, the ferry to the other shore, and of course even confusion. Travel time 5 minutes. For golf enthusiasts "Ca'degli ulivi" at Marciaga.

Superb accommodation with very helpful yet discreet hosts and a lovely quiet location on the hillside above the lake. The house was very clean, comfortable, spacious and stylish and very well equipped including tea, coffee, milk, cheese, ham and other items in fridge. A lovely pool and garden area with plenty of shade and sunny aspects for sitting outside. Beautiful sunset views over lake in distance. In summer season there is a free shuttle bus from Albisano to Torri where there are boats on the lake and a bus service. We enjoyed boats on the lake, hillside walks from the house and a trip up Monte Baldo by cable car. A wonderful holiday and we hope to return.

Outstanding stay all round! Really helpful before arrival with directions to the property, and very understanding with us arriving in the middle of the night due to flight delays.The accommodation was fantastic, very spacious and equipped with more than anyone could need.Hosts were vey friendly and kindly left us food for the first morning, as well as all the basics. Lots of useful advice too.The pool was perfect, usually just us using it, and peaceful location overlooking the lake, with a free shuttle bus down to town from the end of the lane.

This is our second visit to this apartment overlooking Lake Garda and every bit as good as the first. Stayed for two weeks and had total privacy and the pool to ourselves. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Great location for touring the various lakeside towns as well as the mountains by car. A half hour drive to train station in Peschiera provides easy access to Venice and Milan. Thank you again to Paola and Giacomo for another fabulous holiday.
