About this chalet rental
Cozy apartment with stonework elements and a shared courtyard where to enjoy breakfast in the open air, on the Ortigia island.
This apartment, located on the ground floor, consists of a living area with a sofa, a TV and a well-equipped kitchenette with an induction hob. The bedroom, enriched by exposed white beams, comes with a super king size bed, a wardrobe and a desk.
A full bathroom with shower and a laundry room with a washing machine.
Both spaces come with an electric skylight each.
Moreover, from the entrance in Via Dione, guests will access a shared courtyard, the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the open air.

For relax and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, on the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 km far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi. Sicily is beautiful, a wild land with a millennial history impossible to forget at first glance, that will take a special space in your heart.

Was there for 5 nights in October. Still very warm, air worked great. Spacious and tasteful decor. While I don’t cook while in Italy, there were dishes, fridge and counter/chairs for snacks, wine and contemplation … Can I live here forever?
Because of gated courtyard, it was quiet and I felt like a local. Lovely neighbor who I would see around town.
Seriously loved every moment 🍷❤️🇮🇹
