Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer.
This apartment can sleep up to 2 people comfortably.
Fitted with a flat screen TV and a dining area, relax in the living room after a long day in the city.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.
The bedroom contains a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during the stay.

Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Living room right next to street so always sounded like cars, passerbys were in the room, closed bedroom door at night but still.
No scissors.
Although shades completely drawn in the bedroom someone turned lights on next door and you still got hit with so much light to wake up and look confused.
Guess someone above is doing reconstruction since it sounded as if the ceiling was about to come down. Further rats could be heard as of midnight like clockwork untll the early hours.
Water damage ceiling should get fixed before more mold appears.
Slipped and fell in hhe bahhroom cuz the shower door drops water over zhe floor and the bsth mat cannot doak it all up.

Is a nice apartament, With everything you need. The location IS really good, Next to a metro station and bus stop. Walking distance to the center is 20 minutes. The apartment was really clean when we arrived. The only issue we found was the door goes directly to the street so sometimes is a bit noisy. Also there are no Windows to the street so no natural light . And at nights there is a corridor light that can be a bit annoying. But overall we had a pleasent stay and we would recommend It
