About this house rental
Newly refurbished with brand new furniture and decoration, bright and charming townhouse. Minutes away from Birkdale Village and 15 minute walk into Southport town centre. Sunny back garden equipped for Al Fresco dining with a comfy swing egg chair.
As we live locally we are always on hand to service your needs to ensure you have a fabulous stay. We will provide a phone number and email once you book, and the keys will be available from a coded lockbox.
Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a double, however more beds can be added to accommodate up to 6 people (at a surcharge).
Well equipped kitchen/dining room with a walk-in pantry stocked up with some essentials. A welcome pack with a bottle of wine will be included to start your stay off nicely!
Free unlimited parking on the road directly outside.

Great host and great property. Highly recommend. We were in town to play some golf, and this was a perfect place for a couple.

A delightful stay at this charming property. The attention to detail the owner has made to this property is great too see. From what appears to be handmade soft furnishings and curtains to quality kitchenware.
We'll definately be returning in the future..

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was very quaint and well equipped. Location was excellent for access to Liverpool by train (12 minutes walk to Birkdale station). High recommend. Our host was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful visit!
