Madone 4 is a first floor apartment in a large stone house located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, just 6 km from one of Italy's largest lake, Trasimeno lake that can be seen from the house. The apartment is equipped with a private terrace where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the billowing landscape.

The property has been newly restored and divided into a total of 9 apartments. In the same building as Madone 4 there are other three apartments and the other 5 are divided into two separate houses.

It is a very child friendly place with large grass areas, a small playground and a table tennis, tennis court and soccer, petanque.
Also, the 6x12 mt large common pool is completely fenced. It has a depth of 1.20 to 1.50 mt. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times.
There is also access to a large common room for meals and laundry room with three washers. Vegetable garden available to guests.

The apartment Madone 4 consists of:
Living room with dining area and satellite TV. Kitchen corner (dishwasher, stove, fridge with freezer, microwave oven). There is direct access from the living room to the private terrace. Two spacious double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. A small spiral staircase is going up to another spacious bedroom with sloping ceiling, where there is a double sofa bed and a small bed. A small bathroom with shower. Low ceiling height 1.60 mt. The décor is simple but functional with beamed ceilings and stone floor to give the right atmosphere.

In addition to the private terrace, there are several small furnished areas in the garden and a common barbecue.

The central position of the house makes it easy to make trips around the region that has very much to offer. Visit the "capital" Perugia, the city of Assisi, where the saint San Francis was born , the medieval village of Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi or Citta 'di Castello. Trasimeno lake is of course also worth a visit for a swim or to try a new water sport. One can also take the ferry to the island Isola Maggiore.
