With a privileged view over the sea and located in a calm area, this property is the perfect accommodation for your holidays on the Island of Madeira.
Located in the municipality of Santa Cruz, this modern apartment is situated in the quiet area of Gaula. With very well-maintained exteriors and contemporary design, this accommodation encompasses the best of nature and comfort in one.
Inside, the apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms, all of them with double beds, and they are the chosen corner for resting after a long walk or simply to relax with the sound of the waves.
The bathroom is ideal for 4 people with a spacious walk-in shower so you can relax and recharge your energy for another day.
The kitchen, fully equipped with the most modern equipment, was designed in open space favouring passage to the dining area. This, in turn, is perfect for enjoying dinner or receiving friends with the total security and comfort that the local accommodation provides.
The common leisure area is also spacious and receives natural light throughout the day as it has direct access to the balcony.
On the outside, the view speaks for itself! Waking up with the sunrise over the sea or enjoying your balcony until sunset will be one of your favourite activities.
When renting a car to better explore Madeira, you can park it in the building's garage with complete convenience and peace of mind.
In the vicinity of the building, you will find the fast track, the main artery to all points on the island. A short distance from your accommodation you will find the pleasant town of Santa Cruz with various facilities such as the island's airport, restaurants, pharmacies and also an inviting promenade next to the beach.
The eastern extreme of the island, the well-known Ponta de São Lourenço in the Caniçal area is accessible within about 10 minutes by car. This is one of the tourist attractions that is almost a must-visit due to its cliffs marked by the sea. The famous Ponta de São Lourenço trail, also known as recommended route number 8, is located precisely here. Beyond the landscape, Caniçal is prestigious when it comes to local gastronomy as it is still considered a fishing village today.
It is therefore one of the best regions on the island to taste the typical limpets, octopus and scabbardfish.

The unit itself was great ... clean and nice decor with a pleasing view of the sea. Check-in was a little difficult since it was later than preferred (16:30) and had to meet an agent at property to get in. It was also not quite as well equipped as other properties I stayed at ... most notably a standard coffee maker. They had a nice pod coffee maker, but this needed specific pods we didn't have. Also, there was a small 1 cup perculator coffee pot for the stove, which we used, but the one cup capacity made it difficult. The basics for cooking were there ... a few small items such as a small sauce pan would be helpful.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay though! Would certainly recommend the property ... :-)

Adoramos a localização da casa, bem decotada e equipada!
Talvez o serviço, demoraram muito tempo a devolver a chamada. O pagamento teve de ser feito em dinheiro, também não nos deixou confortável. E não tínhamos a morada exata da casa, não recebemos essa informações nos e-mails.
Mas colaboradoras muito simpáticas

Het appartement is in orde en heeft een terras met een prachtig uitzicht. De parking in de garage is moeilijk bereikbaar.
In de onmiddellijke omgeving is er echter niet veel te beleven, maar je hebt sowieso best een huurwagen om Madeira te ontdekken.
