The view and location is great. You can see the sun rise everymorning straight from your bedroom. There is realy close to supermarket and bakery plus a coffee shop and restaurant. The capital - Funchal is also around 15min drive. Its basically great location really only around 10 min drive from airport.

The ants are a nightmare there. The information about not leaving food on the counter should be sent to everyone as an instruction. We didn't know that this is common on Madeira and we left our cakes for 2h to only comeback and see a million of ants everywhere. We also had a lizard inside the livingroom, as they are in the garden everywhere ( this isn't a complain just a warning to people who same as my kids are scared to all creatures) The house was comfortable in iverall, but I would definitelly suggest few things. There should be some hangers or some small storage to keep the jackets next to the front door( maybe because of lizards this can't be there). The bathroom also need some update. The shower looked really dirty, moldy specially the shower curtain. The walls also required a good bleach and scrub. I understand that there is no ventilation there and it gets really dump after the shower, but this should be then well cleaned after each resident. There is also no hangers/shelwes around the shower, so you can't hang your clothes or a towel at all. The bathroom downstairs was a nightmare to use as there was a terrible smell coming from the canalization/ drainage. The kitchen was quite well equiped. In overall specious house. Another suggestion is the sofa, as there should be some covers on in that are easy to wash after each resident. The pillows were really uncomfortable, so i would suggest to upgrade this as well. It was hard to keep it clean a specially upstairs without a hoover and a bucket with mop ( there is only small brush on the side of the house )

A localização era boa uma vez que se encontra muito perto da via rápida, e dos acessos.

A higiene/limpeza da casa não estava em condições de receber novos hóspedes. A loiça da cozinha não era possível de usar antes de lavarmos, e mesmo as gavetas estavam bastante sujas. O duche do WC além de não escoar bem a água, não estava corretamente limpo e a cortina estava escura de uso.
