Had to reach out to maintenance 2 times, once for noisy AC unit, once for power loss, they responded quickly and satisfactory. Very basic apartment, kitchen towels or at least paper towels would've been useful. No spices, coffee etc.

We loved this location. Walk out to restaurants and shops. Easy to take transit. It was clean and bright.

The apartment itself was great, AC in all the rooms, very clean and spacious. Location was nice and near places BUT the listing didn’t indicate that it’s on the 2nd floor with two steep staircases. Also the address is wrong. Got lost from the address given so the person who was checking us in gave us a different address that we can put in google map then finally found it. Nice surprise there was a washer (not listed again) so it would have been great to know for packing purposes. The power went out the 2nd day in the morning, contacted the person who let us in about it at 9am and we get back from exploring around 2pm and power is still out. Contacted the person again and tried to do what is suggested and still no power. Then hubby had to call someone to get help and finally got fixed. Host didn’t help at all and we didn’t have power for a good while and it was a hot day.
This is a great place but be aware you are literally left on your own to deal with stuff that has to do with the apartment even if it’s bad.
