“Santacroce 52” is a picturesque and confortable apartament .It is on the ground floor of a old florentine fourtheenth – century building which was restored in the 2007 and it has got a separated entrance.
The apartment is 73 mq with tiling floor and reftered ceiling and it proving accomodation for five people.
It consists of: an hall, a cooking area, a spacious livingroom with a sofa bed, a double room (there’re two beds which you can joint or separate as you wish), an intermediate floor with a single bed, bathroom with shower and bidet.
This apartment is well furnished and it is very confortable: there is a tv, air conditioning, indipendent central heating, electronic stronbox,Internet Key USB, oven, dishwashing machine, towels, table linen and bed linen.

Todo muy bien, sin sorpresas de última hora, la comunicación vía watsap bien pero por el idioma habían algunos malentendidos,
Pero todo genial y la persona encargada del alojamiento ( Fabio) muy atento!!!!👍🏻👍🏻

We chose this apartment for it’s location, having been to Florence before. Fabio was very helpful when greeting us at the apartment and always available via phone or text throughout our stay. We will no doubt use this apartment again in the future.

Nice centrally located apartment, ideal for a couple with up to two children. Clean, good wi-fi and Fabio is very helpful. It has air conditioning but no washing machine, kitchen well equipped. However the apartment is situated on a busy road and even with double glazed windows the noise is heard till the early hours of the morning.
