Beyond the patio lies a vast English lawn and a large olive grove, part of the private property.
Two ground-floor bedrooms open directly onto the rock-style swimming pool, which features multiple lounge areas, conversation spaces, and over 1,000 sqm of manicured lawn and native vegetation. The pool area also includes a covered BBQ zone. The upper floor, accessible via an external staircase on the side of the villa, features a shared kitchenette for the two sea-view bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
