Just a perfect stay! Great accomodation with lots of space, great location, and helpful and communicative host in Alexandra. We'd definitely stay here again in Florence!

I paid extra $ to check in early and waited over an hour with confusing messages that said the greeter was there but he clearly wasn't. It was frustrating.
The apartment is very nice and the bedroom is very comfortable. There is a weird smell in the kitchen and bathroom but I was assured that's "normal" in Florence since it's an old building.
