Luxurious 2 bedroom apartment in Santa Cruz. Private terrace! WIFI

This charming home is comfortable and peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. It is beautifully remodeled and decorated with antique furniture that sets you back in time. We had no issues with the washing machine and our clothes died quickly on the terrace. The location is close to everything so we walked everywhere. Our stay here was awesome. Be prepared for five flights of stairs but each flight is 7 stairs with a landing which helped. It was only difficult the first day when we were very tired from arriving. Relaxing on the terrace is worth it.

This apartment is very nice. The location is amazing! We found out that this location is in a "nicer" part of town and highly desirable. It is very close to restaurants, the Cathedral , the Alcazar, etc. Even though you are in the center of the action, the apartment is tucked away so it's very private. The furnishing are very nice and the outdoor patio is heavenly! If I had to be critical, I would say that an "introduction" to the apartment could have been better. We figured things out on our own but knowing where the different switches were, how to work the door systems, the washer/dryer combo, etc would have been helpful. Even a "instruction manual" would have helped. In Spain, very little time is spent in the apartment so it wasn't that big of a deal.

The location can’t be beat, with so many great restaurants and attractions near by. There are lovely orange trees in the courtyard by the entrance, but they are not edible; too sour. Javier, from the apartment service met us, helped us carry up our luggage and shared a few tips. Be aware that the apartment is on the fourth floor. By the end of our stay the steps were a breeze and we all got our cardio. Two 60+ couples shared this apartment for 3 days. The apartment was a little musty; we did not use the closets, and the owner has a lot of antiques, so there is not much room for guests to spread out. The outdoor patio adds a lot of extra footage, we used it often. The first bedroom/bathroom size is great. The second bedroom is tiny and the bathroom is even tighter. I was impressed that 5’9” 185 lbs husband managed so well. I would not, not recommend this place. Should we ever return return to Sevilla, we would consider it. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here.
