Enclosed patio with garden furniture and firepit/BBQ. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. The Hen House is an opulent and very generous space set in the grounds of the owner’s home near Bognor Regis. As you enter the property you are greeted by a very roomy reception room with comfy furniture and a cosy log burner for those romantic evenings. The garden is extremely well equipped with everything you are going to need for your stay at The Hen House. The huge walk-in shower is a superb feature of the property as is the huge bedroom with its super kingsize bed. The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure that the gardens are kept immaculate and give as much privacy as you need as there is a lot of glass - the views and surroundings are magnificent. Outside you have your own fire pit for those summer evenings with a BBQ and some garden furniture to complete your stay which is going to be very memorable. The property is conveniently located less than 7 miles from Goodwood with both Chichester and Worthing also just a short drive from the property, This is a spacious and opulent Holiday Let with lots of room to enjoy yourselves and an owner that’s very eager for you to enjoy your time when you stay. High quality accommodation, thoughtfully equipped, with comfort in mind, Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival. A number of supermarkets close by made for easy shopping. Conveniently placed for Portsmouth, Chichester and the Brighton area there is plenty to do. I cannot recommend too highly.

Excellent accommodation and value for money.Clean, well equipped with excellent amenities.Quiet location and a great retreat if you are looking to have a relaxing break.Plenty of local attractions, beaches and market towns.Had a great time and the hosts could not of been any more hospitable.Would highly recommend and will be returning for another stay in the near future.

We would highly recommend the Hen House. It is really well equipped and very comfortable. It is also spotlessly clean and is very spacious. There's a lot in the surrounding area in terms of shops and places to eat too.
