Lovely stay, perfect for us, fantastic added bonus having a washing machine!!

The property is absolutely lovely. Has everything you need. Great cooking facilities if you don’t want to eat out all the time. The shop and club house are just a short walk around the corner and the beach is also a 10 minute walk. Amazing location! The owner has been exceptional this whole time. Very responsive and helpful. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a little get away. You can buy passes with haven for entertainment but we didn’t need them. Arundel is a 30 minute drive away and Chichester town is also really nearby for a nice day out. Thank you for being so accommodating Sarah!

Nothing. Everything was perfect :)

The caravan was within easy access to Goodwood. Easy walk to the beach.

We had to wash everything ie plates, pans, cutlery etc prior to use even the drain for drying was dirty. Ants in living area. Some out door furniture was unfit for purpose. Veranda was filthy with ingrained dirt. Blind in kitchen kept falling off when closed as not secure on fastener. General cleanliness was poor. The vacuum had been left in the mop bucket and was unusable. No cleaning equipment other than for washing up. 1 fan but was broken with a noisy bearing. Utensils were melted and very minimal items available. Not enough accessories for cooking i didnt feel. Shower was on hot at all times not able to turn to cooler
