Not much interaction with the staff but what little we did they were helpful.

Gas cooker worked well (didn’t use the oven, just the burners) Tea/coffee provided for first day. Toilet roll in both bathrooms Shower worked well. Crockery and cutlery very clean. TV had a good picture. Washing up liquid and sponge provided
Very draughty due to several ventilation grids in the floor. No instructions re heating although Sarah did explain when asked. Master bedroom very small so little space on either side of bed. No extractor fan in bathroom nor kitchen

Fire didn’t work and we were frozen from bad/raining weather. It had been reported July ‘25
Shower was difficult to get real hot water
No instructions how anything worked or information
