Great house at a great price. Lower level game room was a big hit. Only problem was that we only found one very small frying pan to feed nineteen people. Let's just say it took a little longer to make breakfast than we planned.

My husband met with an accident a few months ago. His knee got fractured and he couldn't walk. After his surgery, he was bedridden for 2 months. I wanted to give him a break from his dull routine. I chose this place for his layoff. He gave a gleeful chuckle on entering this house. The calm ambiance of this place was so relaxing for him. The swimming pool was the perfect spot for us. We used to sit on the chairs and feel the breeze while having wine. It was a delightful experience.

This is our fifth house renting through this management company. The check-in process was smoother than it has ever been. Upon arriving, we noticed the pool was Dirty with Bottle cap, paper plates, a paper cup, and other debris. It took the full company several days to come out to clean. We had ants and roaches, missing bedding and Noisy neighbors. The situation with the noise was so bad we called the management company several times. They eventually told us to call the local authorities and wash their hands of it. On our second to last day and the only really sunny day The company came out again to clean the pool and dumped a bunch of chemicals in and told us we could not get in for four hours. The management company apologized profusely and did provide a discount, but the overall experience has us rethinking our plans for next year.
