The home was excellent and beautiful. The property is managed by Vilatel and the property is in the Sortel Resort community. Sortel manages the security gate and waterpark and pool area. We ran into multiple issues getting guests added to the list for entry which caused multiple calls to Vilatel who was not forwarding the information to Sortel. Guests were confused and it was frustrating. Vilatel maintenance staff responded promptly to multiple small issues that were fixed right away. The home is beautiful and the kids had a ton of fun with plenty to do at night.

Overall stay was good. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. It wasn’t ready at checkin time but that was okay. There were a couple of issues but they were handled in a timely manner. I will definitely come back for my next Florida stay and I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone with a family that enjoys games, karaoke, swimming, bowling, and peace along with fun.

The house amenities were great for all. The game rooms and pool were like an amusement park. We did have some problems - it took 4 phone calls over a five hour period to finally get the upstairs air-conditioning working properly. The next day we had problems with the downstairs air conditioning, follow by more problems the day after that. We had other maintenance issues which were promptly addressed and resolved, but I felt like a field supervisor on a job site. It also made me feel like a nuisance - constantly calling.
Great home, great amenities, but please leave more than two small sample bottles of dish detergent. Please leave some cleaning supplies - Windex, 409, an extra roll or two of paper towels.
Other than the maintenance issues and traffic on I-4, a memorable occasion.
