Everyone had an amazing time. It was the perfect vacation minus a few hiccups along the way. The tv in the family room kept going out and the bowling alley in the game room was not in working. Other then that everything else was great.

We were staying here for a family Thanksgiving celebration.
Overall, the aesthetics of the property were immaculate! it appeared as the advertising AT FIRST! Once inside, there were problems. 1) the water temperature in the kitchen never got hot. We called and a service tech was sent out who advised, we had to continuously keep the water running in an adjacent bedroom for the water temperature in the kitchen to get warm (It never got hot).
2) an upstairs bathroom just did not work...NO water at all.
3) The advertised bowling alley wasn't completed and was not operable.
4) BIGGEST ISSUE the kitchen area including the pantry and cabinets were infested with roaches. We called and they sent out a tech who sprayed the areas however, they started appearing more! we were unable to enjoy our Thanksgiving meal as the roaches were NUMEROUS!
this was so disappointing. This was too nice of a home to be in this state.
