The house is beautiful and the amenities were great. The quickest that we could get to disney from the house was 1.5 hours.

The house and the amenities are fantastic but not enough parking and we were not able to use the pool at the club house due to too many people.

Overall, our party of 17 had a good stay. The house is fabulous for a large group in terms of space, number of bedrooms and number of bathrooms.
Unfortunately, there were quite a few things that were broken / missing / lacking, including the heat for the hot tub. We spent a good amount of time going back and forth with the property management company trying to rectify this. This spoilt part of our vacation.
Also, given the size of house, the kitchen was sorely missing the amount of cooking utensils / equipment that you would expect. The dishwasher was also a poor quality and didn't clean dishes very well.
The trip would have been close to perfect if the issues we experienced are fixed, so you don't have to constantly be going back and forth.
