House exceeded expectations. Lack of hot water in bathroom & kitchen faucets at times were perplexing. Other things not working properly were quickly responded to even if the fix was not solved. One person who stayed in the Harry Potter room came home with lice. Can you let the Villatel people know?

This property is absolutely stunning! The pool and hot tub are exquisite features that add an extra touch of luxury and relaxation. We will be staying again here for sure!
